It is owned by Mr KKK Raphuthi who is also the Managing Director of the company. Our organisation is committed to the principles of Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act (BBBEEA), Employment Equity Act (EEA) and Affirmative Action initiatives as enshrined and legislated in the South African Government’s prescripts.
The organisation boasts of professional, technical and specialist expertise to carry out projects of any magnitude. We will empower the youth, woman and people will disabilities in an effort to encourage socio-economic development and stimulate job opportunities by creating employment and skills development.
Our company has 3 key focus areas/divisions of operations, namely business training & development, business events, and management of independent Trainers and Freelance Service Providers.
We have identified key skills and competencies necessary to successfully run the business that includes but not limited to; processing, quality control, management, financial, sales and marketing skills. We will outsource the services of an Accountant for accounting services and a lawyer for legal services. The Managing Director will oversee the financial management, sales and marketing of the business.
