If you get the opportunity to join us, you will start in our training program where we teach strong communication skills, work ethics and techniques to grow and develop you to a Management position, which can be achieved if certain requirements and goals are achieved. No previous experience is needed as full training will be provided.
As a Manager you will receive theoretical management training, as well as training in time management, team development and motivational speaking. Interpersonal skills, delegation, planning, problem solving, client care and decision making are also taught. You will receive intensive sales training to enable you to develop strong sales consultants in your team.
Once you have mastered these skills you can be promoted to Assistant Branch Manager, following your initial promotion to Team Leader.
