RealPROP Sales and Rentals was born during the COVID-19 pandemic when it no longer made sense to subsidise a franchisor and be restricted in areas of operation. Our vision and dream are to change the way that estate agents do business in Tshwane through the BNI.
In the context of real estate networking, people who adopt this philosophy of Givers Gain dedicate themselves to giving business to their fellow networkers rather than making their foremost concern getting business for themselves. People do business with people they know, like, and trust.
Being a proud BNI member with a Giver’s Gain culture and attitude amongst members we actually experience and live this philosophy based on the law of reciprocity. We give because we want to give back from where we’ve profited.
We are RealPROP, Real for Real Estate and PROP for properties. What makes us different is that we are independent, free from outside control and NOT area bound. We have a passion to assist home buyers with most probably the largest investment they ever going to make.
