JRL Property Management is a property management company established in 1998. We specialise in renting and body corporate management with the occasional selling of the unit to the renting tenant.
The management team is well versed in all aspects of property management and have designed systems to effectively manage in adherence to the Sectional Titles Act 95 of 1986 as well as Rental Housing Act 50 of 1999. A combined experience in property management by our team exceeds 20 years.
