EVS Planning is a Professional Town and Regional Planning Firm specializing in all Land Development Applications under the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 such as township establishment, rezoning, subdivision and consolidations, removal of restrictive title conditions, property investigations, spatial development plans, project management, compliance certificates and general property advice. The firm was established in 1975 and have since provided thousands of clients and some Government bodies with property development advice and assistance.
