In order to speed up the registration of transfers we request clearance figures from the Municipality, as well as cancellation figures from the Bank to which the property is bonded as soon as the Offer to Purchase is received by our offices. This enables us to proceed with registration up to three weeks earlier and ensures that possible delays can be attended to timeously. Should the transaction not proceed for any reason the application is merely revoked, and there are no costs incurred by either the Seller or the Purchaser. The efficiency of our process ensures that our costs are carefully controlled and we are able to pass this advantage on to our Clients through reduced fees.
